Tyler Rinko

“Tyler represented my husband and I in the sale of our Miami Beach property. He sold our house in two days for top dollar. His ad campaign for our house was brilliant. His interpersonal skills helped him not only fill our house with potential buyers but he obtained multiple offers… I recommend him for your real estate needs.”

“Pleasure to work with. Very thoughtful and professional. You did a lot more then we expected from a realtor. I really appreciate how you where on top of things and kept me informed every step of the way.”

“Tyler was an absolute gem throughout my year-long journey to find the perfect home… His patience and perseverance are truly commendable; never once did he rush the process or push me towards a decision that wasn’t entirely right for me… I cannot recommend Tyler highly enough.”

“We used Tyler to rent out our condo on South Beach this summer, and he was outstanding… He used professional photos and the listing blew us away. We had several offers within a week. I recommend Tyler to everyone I know!!”

“Honest, responsive, knowledgeable. We really couldn’t have asked for more… I confess I’ve not always enjoyed working with realtors, but I couldn’t have been more pleased, and couldn’t recommend anyone more highly. 10/10!”

“Tyler made the entire process of finding a new apartment seamless and easy! He was always easy to get a hold of… Would absolutely use Tyler again.”

“Tyler Rinko puts in the work!! … He explains the process and problem solves immediately!! Tyler does his homework and is on trend with the market!”

“Worked with Tyler since 2023, really good experience, always reachable and able to add value, which is not easy to find these days. Highly recommend.”
